Please read our terms carefully before booking
1. Booking Terms
By making a booking with TravelDisney.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.1 Deposit Requirements
A deposit of £50 per person is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. For bookings made within 8 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.2 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check all details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 56 days before departure: Loss of deposit (£50 per person)
- 55-42 days before departure: 30% of total cost
- 41-28 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- 27-14 days before departure: 70% of total cost
- Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of total cost
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Flight Refunds
Flight tickets are generally non-refundable unless you have purchased a flexible or refundable fare. In case of airline cancellation, you are entitled to a full refund or alternative routing.
3.2 Holiday Package Refunds
Refunds for holiday packages are subject to the cancellation policy above. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation confirmation, minus any applicable fees.
3.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@traveldisney.co.uk or call 020 8081 4323. Please have your booking reference ready.
4. Changes and Amendments
If you wish to make changes to your booking, an amendment fee of £25 per person may apply, plus any additional costs from suppliers. Name changes are treated as cancellations and rebookings.
5. ATOL Protection
All our holiday packages are ATOL protected (No. 3853). This means your money is safe and you will not be left stranded abroad if the company fails. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure you are not left stranded abroad or will arrange to refund you.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect yourself against cancellation, medical expenses, and lost luggage.
7. Passport and Visa Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) and any necessary visas for your destination. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to non-compliance.
8. Flight Schedules
Flight schedules are subject to change by airlines. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible, but we are not liable for schedule changes beyond our control.
9. Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint during your trip, please notify our local representative immediately. If the issue is not resolved, please follow up in writing within 28 days of your return to info@traveldisney.co.uk.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the total cost of the booking. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
